We already know initial details of the WROsound 2021 Festival

This-year edition is not going to take place due to the restrictions introduced in our country as a consequence of the coronavirus pandemic. Thus, the priority of the organizers is to move the programme to the next year.

Most of the artists from this-year line-up have made their decisions straight away to continue the cooperation.   –  We refer mainly to Polish artists. As organizers, we had no doubts, either – our key objective is to support Polish musicians in the first place, at least making them the promise, for the moment, that they will be, for certain, amongst the artists from our next-year line-up. In other cases, we need to wait until the next-year concert tour dates are already fixed, so we can become a part of them. Perhaps we may have no choice but to propose some new names. We have a plenty of time and a variety of possibilities – says Krzysztof Maj, General Director of The Culture Zone Wrocław.

The next edition is also going to take place in summer – 16 and 17 July – at the Społeczny Square in front of Impart. Same as before, the Festival will be held in a two-day format, which means that the closing concert with the participation of WOODKIDA has been cancelled. Meanwhile, the following artists have already confirmed their participation in the 2021 edition: HVOB, Meek, Oh Why?, Tomasz Makowiecki, Jacek Sienkiewicz, MIN t, Syny, Coals and Biały Tunel. Three-day passes and one-day tickets to the closing concert will be refunded automatically, while the remaining entry tickets may be refunded or used next year. Detailed ticket-related guidelines are available HERE.
